Fashion month is a constant barrage of visual imagery and inspiration for those who love any element of fashion. As we have discussed many times in our street style round-ups previously, street style is no longer just an element of New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, and Milan Fashion Week —it is now a bona-fide industry in itself.
Just in the same way that fashion seems to be accessible to the masses through blogging and personal style sites, the personal style choices of the fashion week attendees are now available as it happens. From bloggers to editors to models-off-duty, getting captured in an ideal street style look is one of the highlights of attending fashion week.
Some of the major trends we saw at NYFW included matching sets, statement outerwear, colorful fur, textural pieces, floor-dusting long coats, and fringe.
